Be sure that your registration forms are filled out completely. They must be signed and if the athlete is under the age of 18 the parent or legal guardian must sign the form. Be sure that all new athlete members include a copy of their birth certificate. If the athlete was born outside the U.S. then proof of citizenship is required if the athlete has declared they are a citizen. Be sure to include proper fees. If you require overnight return, please include $12.00 for overnight fees.
